DIGITAL FISCAL INVOICE - PANAMA

To obtain your Electronic Invoice, please go to the following website, 72 hours after your Invoice Detail is issued. The invoice detail contains a complete list of all cargo AWBs to be invoiced in your electronic invoice. The information will be available up to 30 days after the issuance date.

In order to issue your electronic invoice, please be sure to have all the following information:

1. RUC and DV or Personal identification document (ID), Address and Telephone

2. Invoice Detail Number

3. Date of Issuance of your Invoice Detail (format: dd/mm/yy).

4. Email address where your wish to receive the electronic invoice.

We suggest you use the latest versions of the most commercial browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and/or updated versions of Internet Explorer).

It is imperative that you verify the data provided, prior issuing the electronic invoice. Once issued, it cannot be modified.

In case you are unable to obtain your electronic invoice, you must send all previously listed information to the following email: fepanama@copaair.com. Once received, your request will be answered within the next 24 to 48 hours.
