How to Book Your Pet's Travel |
To arrange your pet's transportation, please contact one of our cargo offices located in countries where we operate.
IMPORTANT:
Before booking, verify the specific requirements in your country of origin. Some countries mandate that pet shipmentsbe arranged through a certified freight agent due to customs regulations.

Booking Guidelines |

We transport dogs and cats only.
-
Pets must be between 4 months and 11 years of age.

Interline shipments (transfers between airlines) are not permitted.
-
Pet transport is available Monday through Thursday only to avoid weekend quarantine delays.

Booking should only be made when there is at least a 90% certainty of space availability at booth the origin and any transit points.
-
The minimum connection time in Panama (PTY) is 45 minutes.
-
Select flights that minimize transit time, and when possible, book your pet on the same flight as the owner.

For shipments to English-speaking countries, including Puerto Rico, all documentation must be submitted in English.

Due to safety concerns, the following breeds are classified as aggressive or high-risk and are not accepted, except when under 8 weeks of age:

Note: Brachycephalic breeds are not permitted for travel to Brazil due to increased respiratory risks. These breeds require special care due to sensitivity to stress and temperature during travel:

Pet Travel Recommendations |

Help your pet acclimate to the kennel by encouraging them to spend time in it several days before departure.

Avoid placing food in the kennel prior to the flight.

Use frozen water bottles with small holes as a spill-proof hydration source during travel.

Bookings may be made up to 15 days in advance, but must be finalized at least 5 days before departure.

During peak travel periods, blackout dates for pet transport may apply due to high flight occupancy. These dates will be announced in advanced.
