How to make your reservation?

To make a reservation, you can contact us on our cargo offices in the countries that we fly.

Validate with your country of origin: In some countries by customs regulations the pet must be received through a cargo agency.

At the moment of your reservation or quote you must have this information on hand:

Weight of the pet + kennel
Dimensions of the kennel (length x width x high) to calculate the volume-weight. The shipment value will be based on the highest weight.
Pet breed, age, departure date and final destination.
Complete the CheckList.

Before your make the reservation, you must consider these guidelines:

We only handle pets: dogs and cats.
We only send live animals from Monday to Thursday to ensure that the animal doesn't pass quarantine on the weekend.
We only accept the minimum of 2 months and maximum of 11 years. In case of any exception, the client needs to sign a responsibility release for COPA.
We do not accept neither makes interline operations of pets.
The reservation must be effectuate if there at least 90% of possibilities that the pet can board on the flight, both origin and transit.
The minimum time for the connection in PTY is from 45 minutes.
Always do the reservation that the pet make the minimum time in transit until it's final destination, make sure that the pet connect in the same flight of its owner in case.

The documents for english speaking countries including Puerto Rico must be in English.

Considered like dangerous or aggressive dogs for their transportation. Only can be handle with maximum of 8 weeks

Prohibited breeds of cats:

Special Care Breeds

Branchiocephalic breeds (flat nose)

For Brazil these kind of breeds are prohibited.

The handling of these breeds requires a special care because of their hereditary respiratory problems.

Recommendations that you need to take before your pet trip:

Acclimatize your pet on the kennel, leaving the pet inside during a time on a few days before its departure.

Frozen water bottles with little holes on the sides, made an ideal tool during the hours when they put the dish on the kennel during the flight.

You can book your pet's trip up to 15 days in advance. But all pet reservations must be made 5 days before the pet's departure as a minimum time.

We maintain a garnishment period for the transportation of pets due to high flight occupancy in high season, dates to be confirmed.
